Heating or hot water not working?

Here are some things you can try your self too try and rectify the issues.

  1. Go to your boiler and check the pressure on the display, the boiler pressure should be around 1 bar in pressure. If not you can rectify this issue quite simply by topping up the pressure with a filling loop or valves under the boiler. Google is your friend here :)

Whilst topping the pressure up its best to have someone with you watching the gauge to make sure you do not put too much pressure in the boiler.

  2. Check that your thermostat has not run out of batteries

  3. Check the display on your boiler to see if the boiler has gone to lockout. If a error code has appeared, Take note of it in case you need someone to come out.

Press the reset on the boiler. This may get the boiler up and running but I recommend getting it checked out.
